After the reaction is sufficient and complete, the reactants are cooled, atmospheric distillation of most of the reaction medium and reaction slightly excessive tert-butyl alcohol, and then vacuum distillation of the remaining small amount of reaction medium to obtain white solid powder about 25g, product content by acid-base titration analysis of more than 99%.
